Terms of use
These terms support fair access to the journalism while preserving responsibility, attribution, and reader safety.
Editorial information
ClariCurrent provides news, analysis, and general information. It does not provide individualized medical, legal, investment, tax, or other professional advice. Readers should use qualified professionals where decisions carry material risk.
Accuracy and availability
The newsroom works to publish accurate, current information and correct material errors, but developing events can change. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside the publisher’s reasonable control.
Permitted use
You may read, share links, and quote limited passages with clear attribution and a link to the canonical article. Republishing complete articles, removing attribution, systematic extraction, impersonating the publication, or using the service to mislead others requires permission or is prohibited.
Automated access
Good-faith search crawling is governed by public crawl instructions. Automated collection that materially burdens the service, bypasses access controls, reproduces protected expression, or uses private administrative interfaces is not authorized.
User submissions
By sending material, you confirm that you have the right to share it. Submission does not guarantee confidentiality, publication, payment, or return. Do not send sensitive material before agreeing on an appropriate secure channel.
Third-party services
Links and optional embeds lead to services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Their inclusion may provide evidence or context but does not automatically imply endorsement.
Intellectual property
Original site design, branding, and editorial expression are protected by applicable law. Source materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used through links, quotation, commentary, license, or other lawful bases.
